Terms & Conditions for Golden Ticket
Golden Tickets are placed at random during the promotion period. No purchase is necessary to participate, as a free entry route is available via the Derek’s website by submitting your name and contact details. This promotion is a free prize promotion and not a form of gambling.
SECTION 1 - PROMOTER
The promoter of this promotion is Derek’s.
SECTION 2 - PROMOTION OVERVIEW
To celebrate Derek’s 5th birthday, 20 Golden Tickets have been distributed at random across Derek’s stores. Each Golden Ticket entitles the holder to one spin of the Derek’s Prize Wheel.
SECTION 3 - PRIZE REDEMPTION
Golden Tickets must be redeemed in person at Derek’s Lark Lane store on Saturday 21 March 2026 between 11:00am and 3:00pm. Each valid ticket allows one spin of the prize wheel.
SECTION 4 - REDEMPTION DEADLINE
Golden Tickets must be redeemed within the stated redemption window (11:00am–3:00pm on Saturday 21 March 2026). Tickets not redeemed within this time will expire and cannot be redeemed later.
SECTION 5 - TICKET REQUIREMENTS
The physical Golden Ticket must be presented at the time of redemption. Photographs, copies, or damaged tickets may not be accepted.
SECTION 6 - PRIZE CONDITIONS
Prizes are subject to availability and Derek’s reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if necessary. No cash alternative will be offered.
SECTION 7 - AGE RESTRICTIONS
Certain prizes may be restricted to individuals aged 18 or over (for example alcohol-related prizes). Valid ID may be required.
SECTION 8 - LOST OR TAMPERED TICKETS
Derek’s accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, damaged, or tampered tickets. Tickets suspected of being altered, copied, or reproduced may be refused.
SECTION 9 - NO PURCHASE REQUIRED
No purchase is necessary to enter this promotion. A free entry route is available by submitting your name and contact details via dereks.co.uk/goldenticket before 20 March 2026. Eligible entries may be selected at random to receive a Golden Ticket.
SECTION 10 - SAFETY NOTICE
Golden Tickets may be located within sandwich packaging. Please check packaging carefully before consuming as the ticket is not edible.
SECTION 11 - PHOTOGRAPHY AND FILMING
By redeeming a Golden Ticket and participating in the prize wheel, winners consent to being photographed or filmed by Derek’s for use in promotional content, including social media, marketing materials, and online channels, without additional compensation.
SECTION 12 - ELIGIBILITY
Employees of Derek’s and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
SECTION 13 - GENERAL
Derek’s reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control. Derek’s decision regarding any aspect of the promotion is final.
